As I told kb in a comment (a way-too-long comment), I’m a little obsessed with the way this site looks. Embarrassingly so. Thus, I’m constantly tweaking it. Fortunately, I found that someone has solved this problem by writing A quick remedy to your theme modding addiction. I’m not sure whether I am relieved or horrified to find out that others have this same problem.
But I’m doubtful that I’ll be able to follow all of his advice, especially “Don’t tell others of your design/redesign.” I mean, I try not to but I was just so sure that everyone’s J-Ball reading experience would be incredibly enhanced last month when I changed the “posted on” date icon to purple (it was red, so not fitting). Thank goodness I have learned not to do this.
The purple’s a little bright, though. Must work on that.
As someone who normally reads the RSS feed, I don’t get to see your beautiful purpley goodness. That’s actually one of my complaints about RSS.
See, that’s the thing about RSS feeds. I feel like such a hypocrite, but while I think site design is really important, I read most blogs over RSS feed and never see the design except when I come over to comment. Maybe this is why I feel like I have to declare it in a post. Yes, that’s it.
