Seriously, even my Red Sox loving friends hate those two, but, like I said, I am cool with it.
I watched the parade from my living room. I had school that night and would not have made it back in time. I could have just squeezed the life out of all of them, they were so freakin cute. Go Yanks!

Eh, you Yankees fans are paranoid My Yankee-loving co-worker who grew up a few blocks from The Stadium said he thought Joe and Tim were really good [he brought it up, not me], but he’s been gone from NYC for 30 years or so.
Not to take away from your celebrating, did you go to the parade? Was it fun?

I could probably take Joe Buck a bit more if he were on his own, but McCarver’s obvious bitterness towards and hatred of the Yankees is just too much for me. I am not asking him to be Michael Kay or John Sterling, but please just leave all your baggage in your car or somewhere and stop parading it around my game.
That being said, I am cool with it. I know lots of people hate the guys I love.

The second thing is that he can never shut his yap, but I digress. I’m sure other people feel he hates their teams, but with the Yankees, it’s pretty safe to assume that 9 out of 10 people who aren’t giant fans of your team hate your team.

He doesn’t do other FOX games anymore, just LCS and Series. Everyone seems to think he hates their team. I don’t think he actually likes baseball that much, so that’s the only thing I have against him.

I’m not a fan at all of Joe Buck, to the point where I turn off the TV sound and just listen to the radio during WS games. I only heard him once this year, when I was in Austin. For one thing, he hates the Yankees and makes it pretty clear.

I don’t get the Joe Buck hatred. I think he’s the only good baseball TV broadcaster out there. I can undertand people not liking Tim, but I had a crush on him 45 years ago and will always have a special place in my heart for him.
