iPod song of the week - Mazzy Star
It’s been a crazy week and I don’t have a lot of time, so here’s a song that will speak for itself without my saying too much. Could this be the most relaxing song ever? Well, no, because it’s so good that you strain your ear to listen and breathe it in. But it’s like a breeze that relaxes all your limbs until your psyche has been set completely free. Its mood is such that when it’s over you feel like you have woken up from a muted, dusty haze. I’m not really big on women singers but Hope Sandoval’s voice is the perfect one for this song.
